CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Regularly vacuum or simply place in the washing machine with a gentle detergent in cold water and air dry.
Only place the rug on a dry and clean surface – do not use on wet floors to avoid slipping.

Please note:

As each of our products is made to order, there may be a variation of about 20% in colour and pattern compared to the sample photos. However, we guarantee that the main design will remain as shown. Additionally, the dimensions of this rug may vary slightly by 1-3 inches due to the production process.
The rugs are delivered sealed to protect them during the shipping process – once opened, it may take up to 24 hours for them to fully expand. We recommend lightly treating the rug with a vacuum to assist in the acclimatisation process.

We're currently offering free shipping on every order, but only for a limited time. No catch, just our way of getting more pieces into more homes before the offer ends.

If your order arrives damaged, contact us and we will send you a replacement free of charge.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, get in touch within 30 days and we'll make it right with a swap or a full refund.

Simply email us at info@sagelarose.com and we'll take care of everything.

A beautiful rug with a lot of personality. The colourful design fits perfectly in my kitchen, and the handmade finish makes it feel special rather than mass-produced.
