We handle personal information in accordance with Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial privacy laws, including Quebec’s Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector.
Please read this policy carefully. By using the Services or providing us with your information, you acknowledge that you have read it. Where the law requires your consent, we will ask for it clearly, and you may withdraw it at any time (see Section 9).

- Automatically, from your device when you visit our website, including through cookies and similar technologies.
- From our service providers, who collect or process information on our behalf.
- From our partners or other third parties, such as advertising and analytics partners.
4. How We Use Your Information
We use personal information only for purposes a reasonable person would consider appropriate in the circumstances, and for the purposes we identify to you. These include:
- Providing, personalizing and improving the Services: processing payments and orders, arranging shipping, handling returns, exchanges and cancellations, managing your account, remembering your preferences and publishing reviews you choose to submit.
- Marketing and advertising: sending promotional emails or text messages only with your consent and showing you online ads for our products on our site and on other websites, including based on items you viewed or added to your cart.

We do not use or disclose your personal information for new purposes without informing you and, where required, obtaining your consent.
5. Cookies, Analytics and Online Advertising
We and our partners use cookies, pixels and similar technologies to operate the website, remember your cart, measure performance and show relevant advertising.
- Essential cookies are required for the site to function (cart, checkout, security).
- Analytics: We use Google Analytics / Shopify Analytics to understand how visitors use our site.
- Advertising: We use Google Ads, including remarketing, and the Meta Pixel to measure the effectiveness of our ads and show you ads for our products on other websites.
Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to our website. Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to show ads to you based on your visit to our site and other sites on the internet.
Your choices:
- Where required by law (including in Quebec), we ask for your consent before using non-essential cookies. You can accept, decline or change your choice through our cookie banner at any time.
- You can opt out of personalized advertising from Google through Google’s Ads Settings (adssettings.google.com).
- You can opt out of interest-based ads from participating companies through the Digital Advertising Alliance of Canada (youradchoices.ca).
- You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some features may not work properly if you do.
6. How We Disclose Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share it in these situations:
- With Shopify and our service providers who perform services for us (IT, payment processing, analytics, customer support, cloud storage, fulfillment and shipping). They may use your information only to provide services to us, under contractual protections.
- With advertising and marketing partners, to measure and deliver ads, as described in Section 5, and in line with their own privacy notices.
- With your consent or at your request, for example to ship products to you or when you use a social media or login integration.
- Within our corporate group, if applicable.
- For legal and business reasons: in connection with a merger, sale or similar business transaction; to comply with the law, a court order or valid requests from authorities; to enforce our terms; and to protect our rights, our users and others.
7. Our Relationship With Shopify
Our Services are powered by Shopify, which collects and processes personal information about your access to and use of the Services in order to provide and improve them. Information you provide may be transferred to and shared with Shopify and other third parties, including in other countries.
To protect and improve our business, we also use certain advanced Shopify features that draw on data from your interactions with our store, other merchants and Shopify. In these cases Shopify is responsible for processing that information, including responding to your requests about it. For more information, see Shopify’s Privacy Policy for Consumers and its privacy portal at https://privacy.shopify.com.
8. Storage Outside Your Province or Canada
Your personal information may be transferred to, stored and processed outside your province or outside Canada, including in the United States. When it is, it may be subject to the laws of that country and may be accessible to its courts, law enforcement and national security authorities. We use contracts and other safeguards to require a comparable level of protection.
9. Your Rights and Choices
Subject to applicable law, you may:
- Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
- Withdraw your consent to our use or sharing of your information, subject to legal or contractual restrictions. This may affect our ability to provide some Services.
- Ask us to delete your information or stop using it, where the law allows.
- Request a copy of your information in a structured, commonly used format, or ask us to transfer it to another organization (data portability), where applicable.
- Unsubscribe from marketing at any time using the link in our emails or by contacting us. We may still send you non-promotional messages about your account or orders.
If you live in Quebec, you also have the right to be informed when a decision about you is made exclusively through automated processing, and to ask us to cease disseminating your information or de-index links to it, as provided by law.
To exercise your rights, contact our Privacy Officer using the details in Section 1 or Section 15. We may need to verify your identity first. You may authorize a representative to make a request for you, and we may ask for proof of that authorization. We will respond within the time required by law (generally 30 days). We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
10. Marketing Communications (CASL)
We send commercial electronic messages only with your express or validly implied consent, in line with Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). Every marketing message identifies us, includes our contact information and gives you a free, simple way to unsubscribe, which we honour within 10 business days.
11. Security and Retention
We use reasonable physical, organizational and technological safeguards to protect your information. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee perfect security. Information you send to us may be insecure in transit, so please avoid sending sensitive information through unsecured channels.
We keep personal information only as long as needed to provide the Services, maintain your account, meet legal, tax and accounting obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. When it is no longer needed, we securely destroy or anonymize it.
If a breach of security safeguards creates a real risk of significant harm, we will notify affected individuals and the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada (and, in Quebec, the Commission d’accès à l’information), as required by law.
12. Children’s Privacy
The Services are not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of majority in their province or territory without parental or guardian consent. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
13. Third-Party Websites and Links
The Services may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content, privacy practices or security, so please review their policies. Information you post in public or semi-public areas, including on social platforms, may be visible to others.
14. Complaints
If you have a concern about how we handle your personal information, please contact our Privacy Officer first. We will investigate and respond. If you are not satisfied, you may file a complaint with:
- The Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada (priv.gc.ca)
- In Quebec: the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec (cai.gouv.qc.ca)
- In Alberta or British Columbia: the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner of your province
15. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal or regulatory reasons. We will post the revised version on this page, update the “Last updated” date and, where required, notify you or seek your consent again.
