Here’s everything you need to know about how your order gets from our store to your door.

1. Estimated Delivery Times

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays in Canada.

2. Order Processing

After you place your order, we need 1–3 business days to process it. Most orders are processed within 1 business day.

Orders placed after 5:00 PM ET on Friday, or on a weekend or holiday, are processed on the next business day.

Once your order is processed, we hand your package over to our logistics partners.

3. Shipping Time

Once your order has shipped, delivery usually takes 8–12 business days on average.

Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, local postal services, and factors outside our control, such as customs processing or seasonal demand. Remote areas may take longer.

4. Shipping Costs

Free standard shipping on all orders across Canada.

There is no minimum order value. All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). Applicable taxes (GST/HST/PST/QST) are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Our products ship from partner warehouses in Asia, so your package may pass through Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) customs.

  • All duties and taxes are already included in your order total. You won’t pay anything extra on delivery.

6. How to Place an Order

  1. Go to the product page you like and add the item to your cart.
  2. Make sure you’ve selected the correct size or variant.
  3. Click “Checkout” to continue.
  4. On the information/shipping page, enter your correct delivery address and contact details.
  5. Check that everything is accurate, then continue to the shipping and payment steps.
  6. Once your order is complete, you’ll receive a confirmation email.

Made a mistake in your address or details? Contact us as soon as possible, and within 24 hours of ordering, at info@sagelarose.com. Once your order has shipped, we may not be able to change the address.

7. Payment Methods

All payments are protected with SSL encryption for a secure checkout.

We currently accept:

  • Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay
  • Shop Pay

After selecting your payment method, click “Complete order” and follow the instructions on the payment page.

8. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and a tracking link. Tracking may take 1–3 business days to show updates after dispatch.

9. How We Ship Your Order

To keep our prices fair and accessible, we ship from partner warehouses and consolidate shipments to make delivery more efficient.

This means that items in the same order may sometimes arrive in separate packages, each with its own tracking number, at no extra cost to you.

10. Delays & Important Information

As with many online stores, delays can occasionally happen because of:

  • High order volumes
  • Customs or local postal handling
  • Holidays, severe weather or other external factors

If your order hasn’t arrived within 15 business days of shipping, please contact us and we’ll investigate with the carrier.

11. Lost, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your package arrives damaged, is missing items, or doesn’t match your order, contact us at info@sagelarose.com with your order number and photos. We’ll make it right, as outlined in our Refund/Return Policy.
