CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Vacuum regularly or simply place in the washing machine with a gentle detergent on a cold wash and air dry.
Only place the rug on a dry and clean surface – do not use on wet floors to avoid slipping.

Please note:

As each of our products is made to order, there may be a colour and pattern variation of about 20% compared to the sample photos. However, we guarantee that the main design will remain as shown. Additionally, the dimensions of this rug may vary slightly by 2-8 cm due to the manufacturing process.
The rugs are delivered sealed to protect them during the shipping process – once opened, it may take up to 24 hours for them to lie completely flat. We recommend lightly vacuuming the rug to assist with the settling process.

We're currently offering free shipping on every order, but only for a limited time. No catch, just our way of getting more pieces into more homes before the offer ends.

If your order arrives damaged, contact us and we will send you a replacement free of charge.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, get in touch within 30 days and we'll make it right with a swap or a full refund.

Simply email us at info@sagelarose.com and we'll take care of everything.
